A: We at Little Miss Saucy are elated to offer FREE STANDARD USA SHIPPING for all our items and orders!
A: We certainly understand your shipping needs might not fall in line with traditional timelines, and sometimes you need something fast--and/or with upgraded attention. In that case, we will do all we can to help, so reach out and contact us at info@littlemisssaucy.com. Sadly, we can't make shipping free in these occasions, but let's work together to get your items home, for gifts, or however you need them!
A: Come now, you don't think Sauciness is only for America, do you? Of course we LOVE to serve the entire world, and have EVERYONE be a Little Miss Saucy family member! You can find our International Shipping Rates and Zones here.
A: Please understand each and every Little Miss Saucy item is created just for you--a unique offering headed to your home! Most all our items destined within the USA will have a shipping time of 5-7 business days from completing your order. We have a couple of product lines that might take approximately 10-12 business days (or generally two weeks). For those items, we make you aware of such on their Product Pages. Kindly be patient with us--as we certainly want you to be Saucy as soon as possible! Let us know, nevertheless, when delays are extending a week past those two timelines, and we will do everything we can in getting your items to you!
A: All items from Little Miss Saucy are made just for you--and with our greatest appreciation! As such, each item purchased from our site (littlemisssaucy.com), and/or through any other avenue--as when applicable (Examples: "Brick and Mortar Shops," "Fairs" and/or "Festivals," "Shows" [Trade or otherwise], and related outlets)--are unique. With this product uniqueness, Little Miss Saucy regretfully cannot accept Returns for orders made, and/or items purchased from those orders.
We truly appreciate your understanding of this necessity, as our unique "One-Of-A-Kind" item productions are to ensure you get just what you ordered--while keeping customer costs and pricing to a minimum.
As far as EXCHANGES: Little Miss Saucy does its best in delivering items of great quality to our customers. As best as we try, there are sometimes instances where a product might be defective or damaged.
When that's the case, we want to do our best to make things right--getting you a new replacement item (which was ordered and/or purchased from your original Invoice). Thus, we kindly require you notify us of a defective or damaged product within Fourteen (14) days of that item's receipt, so we may take all steps necessary in correcting the issue. When this instance occurs, please email us applicable pictures of the item, as well as zoomed-in images of the damaged/defective location. Also, kindly include a photo of your packing slip--then E-Mail those to us so we can get things going quickly.
Please remember, we can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not accept exchanges based upon apparel sizing, or merely "Not Wanting An Item" after receipt (as all Little Miss Saucy items are unique--per Refund policy applying).
* Even though these are our policies, we very much care about you and your loyalty. Therefore if you have ANY issues with an order, we will see if there is anything that can be done in providing you a happy solution! It is our desire to keep you as a Little Miss Saucy customer forever!

Q: ALRIGHT, ENOUGH ABOUT "POLICIES, POLICIES." LET'S GET TO SOME FUN STUFF... WHAT IF I HAVE A SUGGESTION FOR A NEW LITTLE MISS SAUCY GIRL OR A PRODUCT I'D LIKE TO SEE SOLD BY LMS?A: Our Little Miss Saucy customers are considered family, and our company wants to grow with you as one! Although we of course can't promise anything in terms of production, we would LOVE to hear from you about new ideas for a Saucy Girl--whether it be a saying, design, or setting she may be attacking! In fact, one goal of LMS is to continually present new ladies and situations which vary from previously released Women!
Please appreciate that we very much want your suggestions and ideas! If we do use them, kindly know you are presenting these concepts voluntarily, and doing so without the expectation of compensation for such. We will very much look to find a way in showing appreciation for your concepts as a thank you (for those suggestions that are actually produced) "Wink, Wink"--but are not required to do so by law. This goes for new product ideas as well.

Q: I SEE "VI" ON A GREAT DEAL OF YOUR PRODUCTS. WHAT IN THE WORLD DOES THAT MEAN?

Q: OH, NO! DOES THAT MEAN WE WILL NEVER SEE OUR FAVORITE LITTLE MISS SAUCY LADIES AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN RETIRED?
A: Sadly, it's quite possible. Just like you want to stop working some day to enjoy all life has to offer, so too do our beautiful women that play on Little Miss Saucy products. We can say--however--there might be opportunities to see some of those Gals come back (even if for a short time), with others "working overtime." In the future, we will unveil those plans, as certainly all will make sense... while providing some fun and participation from you as the customer!
Additionally, us knowing that most Little Miss Saucy products will end up as Limited Edition--and thus many having a certain availability range--you have some very valuable items in your possession! Yes, those Ladies are certain to be collectors items--giving you the satisfaction of owning something truly special! So, please make sure to get all the Saucy you can when you find a Gal you like--as once they're gone, they may be gone for good!
Q: I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT LITTLE MISS SAUCY, AND WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW! IN FACT, CAN I SEND YOU PICTURES TO POST ON INSTAGRAM AND THE WEBSITE WITH THOSE PRODUCTS!
A: Um, YES!!!!! We would be head-over-heels to receive your pics and having us post them on our website! You are more than welcome to send images of Little Miss Saucy items in your home, and those that you are wearing. Please just make sure the pictures are of a tasteful nature, and would comply with an ordinary standard that one would see as acceptable. Although we can't guarantee all pictures will be placed on Instagram and/or our website--we will do our best to post as many as possible... for we love you all, and want to show you off to the world!
When sending in your pics, please use "INSTAGRAM PHOTOS" as the Subject Line of your E-Mail, and deliver them to: info@littlemisssaucy.com. (Pictures sent are not subject to receiving compensation, and are provided to Little Miss Saucy voluntarily. We reserve the right to use those photos on our website, promotional campaigns, or otherwise as related to Little Miss Saucy. All use by our company will only be for the exposure, celebration, and/or promotion of said business--and used in a tasteful manner, with complete respect to our customers.)
