Returns
All items from Little Miss Saucy are made just for you--and with our greatest appreciation! As such, each item purchased* from our site (littlemisssaucy.com), and/or through any other avenue--as when applicable (Examples: "Brick and Mortar Shops," "Fairs" and/or "Festivals," "Shows" [Trade or otherwise], and related outlets)--are unique. With this product uniqueness, Little Miss Saucy regretfully cannot accept Returns for orders made, and/or items purchased* from those orders.
We truly appreciate your understanding of this necessity, as our unique "One-Of-A-Kind" item productions are to ensure you get just what you ordered--while keeping customer costs and pricing to a minimum.
NOTE: We want each and every Little Miss Saucy customer to be happy! Thus, please kindly reach out to us with any questions you may have, including sizing suggestions--or otherwise--BEFORE you order. We would love to assist in selecting products that are just right for you. It's our endless goal to have you be a happy customer, and therefore, let's work together in bringing you the Sauciness you desire!

Exchanges (if applicable)
Little Miss Saucy does its best in delivering items of great quality to our customers. As best as we try, there are sometimes instances where a product might be defective or damaged.
When that's the case, we want to do our best in making things right--and getting you a new replacement item (which was ordered and/or purchased* from your original Invoice). Thus, we kindly require you notify us of a defective or damaged product within Fourteen (14) days of that item's receipt, so we may take all steps necessary in correcting the issue. When this instance occurs, please email us applicable pictures of the item, as well as zoomed-in images of the damaged/defective location. Also, kindly include a photo of your packing slip--then E-Mail those to us so we can get things going quickly.
Please remember, we can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not accept exchanges based upon apparel sizing**, or merely "Not Wanting An Item" after receipt (as all Little Miss Saucy items are unique--per Refund policy applying).
Even though this is our policy, we very much care about you and your loyalty. Therefore if you have ANY issues with an order, we will see if there is anything that can be done in providing you a happy solution!
Kindly understand, we strive to deliver customer satisfaction at every turn, but Little Miss Saucy reserves the unilateral right with final decision of action when a purchased* item/order does not satisfy the policies as set forth our in Returns and/or Exchanges sections.

Gifts
Items purchased* and sent as a Gift shall follow the same policies as listed in our Returns and/or Exchanges sections.
Please contact us regarding Gifts and Exchanges (or any other issues), so we may find a resolution for you. Gift Givers and "Giftees" (those receiving Gifts) may each reach out to us at info@littlemisssaucy.com.
Shipping
If and when needing to ship your product back to us for whatever the reason--and upon our acknowledging acceptance of those circumstances, we will provide you all the information necessary for a successful transaction to rectify the issue.
When applicable--and if accordance with our Returns and Exchanges policies--Little Miss Saucy will cover shipping expenses. Terms will be confirmed between Customer/Giftee and Little Miss Saucy through related correspondence.
You may be responsible in paying for your own shipping costs when returning or exchanging an item--if granted by Little Miss Saucy and NOT covered by the guidelines of our Returns and/or Exchanges policies. In those cases, Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. These situations will be determined by Little Miss Saucy, as per company policies; we reserve the right to act at our discretion in resolving issues not covered by the Returns and/or Exchanges sections.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
NOTES:
* Purchased means any item bought, exchanged, provided free of charge, or otherwise related to an order and/or transaction.
** If the size PHYSICALLY LISTED on an apparel item you received does not match the size of the apparel product you ordered or purchased* (from its Invoice), Little Miss Saucy will certainly make sure to correct those errors with an applicable exchange for the correct item/product. This does NOT apply to a customer who orders an item, but then desires a different size upon receiving that same item.
